Graduated with honours in law from the Università Cattolica in Milan, Francesca Morri worked at the Avv. Prof. Adriano Vanzetti law Firm, first as a trainee lawyer, then as a qualified lawyer.
In 2008 she joined the Studio Legale Crespi.
Francesca Morri is a Professor at the Università Cattolica of Milan, where she carries out research activities in the Intellectual Property field and where at the moment she teaches Competition Law at the Law Faculty. From 2013 to 2019 she also taught Food Law at the Economics and Law Faculty as well as at the Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences Faculty of the Università Cattolica of Piacenza. Moreover, Francesca Morri teaches Intellectual Property Law in many Master’s courses and graduate schools, among which the Unicatt Advanced training Course in Fashion Law.
Expert in biotechnology and new plant varieties (on which, inter alia, she has published a monograph), she wrote papers in the area of patents, trademarks and copyright.
Francesca Morri is a long time member of the editorial team of the review “Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale” and she is peer reviewer for the review “Il Diritto Industriale”. Moreover, she is member of the Civil Law Commission for lawyer training of the Milan Bar.
Graduated in 2015 in law from the Università Cattolica in Milan with a dissertation in administrative law, realized under the guidance of Professor Aldo Travi, in 2016 she attended a Master course in Intellectual Property organized by Just Legal Services and in 2019 an advanced course in Fashion Law at Università Cattolica in Milan.
Admitted to Milan Bar since 2018. Since 2015 she has been working at Studio Legale Crespi.
Flyfisherman and lawyer, Gianfranco Crespi graduated with honours in law from the Università Cattolica in Milan in 1989 and immediately began working in the field of intellectual property and competition law, first at the Avv. Prof. Adriano Vanzetti law Firm in Milan, where he worked for ten years, then at the Studio Legale Crespi that he founded at the end of the 90’s.
He is a member of the editorial team of the review “Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale” for which he writes yearly comments on decisions and sentences. He has been a lecturer in Master’s courses organized by OMPI, Convey and Just Legal Service and speaker at many conferences related to various IP subjects (licensing, trade secrets protection, infringement damages, etc.).

Since 2003 she has been working with Gianfranco Crespi handling varied judicial and extrajudicial case also concerning cinematographical and teathrical production and distribution, publishing, tv format, copyright and personality rights.
She studies cinema and cinematographical and entertainment law.
